Clinical Director

Position Summary

Our clinical director role includes oversight of the operations of the entire clinical team and the delivery of quality/best practice clinical services.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the continued maintenance and necessary changes to the culturally specific curriculum being presented to our patients in group and individual settings.

Serve as the leader of our clinical team by providing support, guidance, and information when necessary.

Maintain current knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements and communicates to staff to ensure their understanding of these requirements.

Ensure that the clinical program operates as compliant within state and federal laws and regulations.

Leads regular team meetings and monitors therapist units, schedules, and case loads.

Monitors and maintains that therapist responsibilities such as notes, sessions, and schedules are all being met and completed as necessary.

Conduct individual substance abuse and mental health therapy sessions with patients.

Work with our admissions team to share our program with other organizations through zoom and in person meetings.

Education, skills, and experience requirements

Master’s Degree in a behavioral health discipline or related field.

LPC, LISAC, or LCSW licensing in the state of Arizona.

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role is preferred but we are willing to work with a motivated individual who does not yet meet this requirement.

Experience and an understanding of Native American culture, values, and traditions.

Ability to perform EMDR and trauma specific individual therapies preferred.

Competent within EMR/EHR systems used for clinical program management
